Ownership of the Website
The website is the sole property of Hamac Concept, along with all associated rights. Any full or partial reproduction is subject to prior authorization from the owners. However, hyperlinks to the site are permitted without specific requests. We reserve the right to modify our procedures and terms, including these terms of sale and use, at any time.
Acceptance of Conditions by the Customer
Please read these terms carefully. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and fully accepts them without reservation. These general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Hamac Concept and the customer, and both parties accept them without exception. These terms take precedence over any other conditions, unless previously agreed to in writing.
Product Descriptions
The products offered for sale are presented in their respective categories and described as accurately as possible. However, Hamac Concept cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions. Product photos are for illustration purposes only and are not contractually binding. All texts, images, and illustrations (except those marked “online exclusive”) are the property of Hamac Concept, unless otherwise noted. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without express permission.
Availability
At the time of ordering, the customer will be informed about product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after the order is placed, the customer will be notified as soon as possible by email or phone and offered either a replacement or order cancellation.
For products not stocked in our warehouse (marked “online exclusive”), our offers depend on supplier availability. In case of unavailability, the customer will be informed promptly and given the choice of replacement or cancellation.
Returns
We do not offer refunds on shipping fees for returns. And for good reason: studies show that free shipping increases both orders and the likelihood of returns. We aim to encourage responsible shopping and ask our customers to consider the environmental impact of returns. Please contact us for expert advice before placing your order. Pricing
Prices are listed in Euros, excluding shipping fees. Shipping costs are shown once the delivery address is entered on the cart page. Hamac Concept reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products are billed at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed. As a micro-enterprise, Hamac Concept is exempt from VAT under article 293b of the French Tax Code.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping fees are calculated once the delivery address and delivery method (pickup point, home delivery, or in-store pickup) are provided on the cart page.
Suspension kits, hammock stands, and hanging chair stands cannot be delivered to pickup points and are available for home delivery only.
Customers will automatically receive a confirmation email from our online store and subsequent tracking information for their order.
Hamac Concept cannot be held liable for delivery delays due to customer unavailability, force majeure, public health crises, or any circumstances making delivery difficult or impossible—even when specific delivery dates are indicated.
Choosing the “in-store pickup” option incurs no shipping cost. Items can be picked up at our store at 25 rue Nationale, 66200 Elne, by appointment only. Please contact us beforehand to schedule a time.
Payment
The online store accepts the following payment methods:
— Via PayPal account
— By credit card
— By bank transfer (select “Offline Payment” at checkout). Please email us to request payment by bank transfer. We will then send the bank details. Orders will be shipped once the payment is received.
— By cheque (select “Offline Payment” at checkout). Please email us to request payment by cheque. The cheque must be accompanied by a copy of the ID or passport of the account holder, made payable to JUSZSCYK Grégory, and sent to:

The order will be shipped only after the cheque is received and verified.
Items remain the property of Hamac Concept until full payment is received.
Right of Withdrawal
The customer has a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the day of delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal. Products must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging to:

Provided these conditions are met, Hamac Concept will issue a refund. No refunds will be made if these conditions are not fulfilled. Return shipping costs and responsibilities (including insurance) are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error by Hamac Concept.
Once the right of withdrawal is exercised, Hamac Concept will issue a refund as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the date of cancellation.

All content, pages, scripts, images, logos, icons, videos, and audio on this website are the exclusive property of Hamac Concept or of the respective rights holders. Any reproduction or representation of the site, in whole or in part, on any medium is prohibited. Violation of this clause constitutes an infringement that may result in civil and criminal liability.
Disputes
This contract is governed by French law. Hamac Concept cannot be held responsible for any damages—material, immaterial, or bodily—that may result from the use of its products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order and cannot be pursued for minor errors or omissions despite all efforts to ensure accurate information.
In the event of a dispute, the customer should first seek an amicable resolution by contacting the company.
Attempting an amicable resolution does not suspend the statutory warranty period or any applicable contractual guarantee. Generally, and unless decided otherwise by a court, observing the conditions of this contract requires the buyer to meet their financial obligations. Claims or disputes will always be considered with goodwill, as good faith is assumed on the part of any customer who takes the time to explain their situation.
Warranty
Warranty coverage depends on the nature of the issue (photos must be submitted for review).
Damage resulting from improper use or external factors is not covered under warranty. Hamac Concept is not liable for any material, immaterial, or bodily harm caused by misuse of its products.
In all cases, Hamac Concept shall not be held responsible for failure to comply with regulations or laws in the recipient’s country. Liability is limited to the amount of the order and does not extend to simple errors or omissions that may persist despite careful product presentation.
